好的老师不仅仅是表现在课堂上，Anna老师上课之余，也非常关心我们的求职之路，总在课间的时候及时的指导我们如何踏入加拿大的金融业职场，耐心的回答我们每一个有关简历与面试的问题。本身作为管理者的她，对审阅简历与面试求职者有着丰富的经验。因此她的指导可谓及时，准确，实用。最近，我已经有好几位同学在她的指导下拿到了六大行的offer。

 

 

 

 

【成功学员：Daniel】从刚开始找金融工作的迷茫和不知所措，到成功拿到加拿大皇家银行和帝国银行的两份聘书，Anna老师的CSC和interview skills 课程给我很多的帮助和启发。

        作为一个几乎毫无金融背景的应届毕业生，维多利亚教育学院的CSC课程为我提供了一个很好的金融学习和就业的平台；特别是Anna老师理论结合实践、浅显易懂的授课方式，让金融零起点的我很快掌握了基本的金融常识，并在3个月后顺利通过了CSC的两门考试。在拿到CSC这个银行敲门砖之后的2个月内，我收到了三个银行的面试通知。

         Anna老师的interview skills课程让我领会到了很多银行面试技巧。本身就作为银行面试官的Anna老师，从面试者的角度分析了面试的技巧以及需要注意的事项，并让我们课上模拟面试场景。更重要的是，Anna老师让我在面试之前就了解了面试官考量面试者的评判标准和要求，使得我在面试前可以更有目标的去准备，为在面试中表现优异奠定基础。在我的6场面试中，面试官80%的问题都在Anna老师在interview skills的课堂上都有过教授和现场模拟。

 

【成功学员：Bingyan】I’m currently a student in the CSC class. Like many university graduates, I was clueless on what type of job I could find or the type of industry that I should pursue. After hearing from many people who work in the banking industry advising me to take the CSC course, that’s when I decided to switch career path and come to Victoria Training Center to take the class. At first I was worried because my educational background wasn’t in economic or finance, but I learned that most people in the class start on the same page. As soon as I started the class, I learned that the entry level positions in the bank were customer service representative or account manager. I began applying to these types of positions online, but didn’t really hear back from the human resources department. Through the networking connections that I made at Victoria Training Center, someone internal helped me to send my resume to HR for a CSR position. The result was astounding. The next day I received a call from HR, which was the initial telephone interview. Besides the standard scenario questions, there were a couple of questions on CSC. I was able to answer these questions accurately due to the excellent teaching of the three teachers of the course. They really made sure that students are able to fully grasp the concept and were always available for extra help if needed. I was fortunate to pass the HR interview, the next day I received another call asking me to come in for an in-person interview. Again, I was asked some basic questions, scenario-related questions and of course the testing of my CSC knowledge. A few days later, I got a call from the interviewer congratulating me that I was offered the CSR job. I am very grateful to Victoria because I wouldn’t have met the three excellent teachers that have helped me a great deal along my way. Of course the course itself was taught in a professional manner, the teachers sincerely wanted the students to do well.

        我们的主讲老师是ANNA WANG. 我很喜欢上ANNA老师的课。一是因为ANNA老师讲课抓住了每章的重点。CSC共有两本书，二十七章。在有限的时间里，她让我们有针对性地理解金融方面的知识点。她会告诉我们哪些是必须记住的，哪些只是粗略了解即可。二是ANNA老师上课时，准备充分，讲课浅显易懂。我们的学生很多以前都没有从事过金融或银行工作，所以ANNA老师在教课过程中总会用一些简单易懂的例子来阐述金融术语来帮助我们理解。三是上ANNA老师的课会感觉比较轻松。因为老师和学生互动性比较好。我们课上有问题，随时可以问，老师随时解答。ANNA老师有时也会穿插讲一些社会事件或笑话来调剂上课的气氛，所以每次长达三小时的课都是在不知不觉中到点了，不会有沉闷感。四是ANNA是个热情洋溢又热心的老师。当我们课后有求于老师时，她都会给予帮助或建议。大的如有合适的工作机会会推荐给合适的学生。小的诸如做股票之类的建议。或者当我们要求ANNA老师给我们找一些练习题后，隔天在邮箱里就能发现她发来的邮件。所以综上所述，上ANNA老师的课是开心而有所值的。

        经过一轮的课程及两个多月的复习，我顺利地通过了CSC考试。
