Marketing Assistant
 Job Requirement

-Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
-Able to meet challenging deadlines
-A multi-tasker who is able to work independently with limited supervision
-Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Presents a professional image and is able to communicate with all levels within the organization.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, Intermediate knowledge of graphical software applications including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
-Experience with web-site maintenance, digital marketing and social media communication is a definite asset.


 Job Description


-Create and maintain marketing files, budget tracking, promotional program tracking, sales records, calendars, and other documents
-Liaise regularly with Provincial Liquor Boards regarding promotions, new product listings & launches, tasting events and other activity
-Coordinate promotional campaigns directly with staff, and through promotional companies
-Liaise regularly with advertising agency regarding artwork development for advertising, POS and packaging
-Conduct sales analyses regarding competitive activity and promotional program effectiveness
-Assist in the production of promotional printed materials
-Assist in developing brand plans & budgets
-Assist with product and promotional launches
-Assist in the writing and distribution of marketing related communications
-Assist with advertisements, trade publications and advertising initiatives
-Create and maintain information on website, Facebook and corporate social media
-Provide assistance with the coordination of special events such as, seminars, and trade shows, etc. and of all event materials and logistics related to all events.
-Coordinate a variety of sales and marketing duties including sales samples, sales presentations, price lists, product information and marketing plans
-Support sales staff from across Canada & provide back-up services to other executive staff as required
-Distribute information to the general public as required
