We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join the Global Markets Technology Production Management team supporting reference and market Data systems to lead the team globally.
's Global Market's business critically depends upon timely accurate data.  Front to back office trading and risk systems must have absolutely reliable market and reference data to provide correct pricing and to correctly handle trades. In today's changing market and regulatory environment effective data management is essential. If   can excel at managing and using data we will be best placed to benefit from new business opportunities and we will enjoy lower costs of doing business.
The purpose of this role is to provide Application & Batch Support for a variety of Reference and market data systems.
The new hire will join the Reference and Market data Global productions services team and will work with business clients to deliver & support the ref and market data for trade capture, pricing, risk, eTrading, and reporting. The candidate will also be focused on driving forward the stability and efficiency of the Ref and Market data platform through the implementation of smart solutions for the production environment.  The individual will need to problem solve complex enquiries raised to them directly or indirectly through business clients.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Global Technical lead, managing the global shared support team.
• Supporting Global Reference and Market data systems using new strategic frameworks
• Supporting and driving enhancements to the existing infrastructure and applications across a variety of technologies.
• Building knowledge of the data flows and business being catered.
• Managing key client relationships.
• Responsible for all operational aspects of managing the Applications (including weekend activities, DR Setup / Tests, High Availability etc).
• Balancing fast time to market (client delivery) with proper governance, compliance, and audit mandates
Drive application reliability & stability by implementing and supporting resilient applications.

• Understanding of the different data models in terms of the reference and market data systems.

• Understand the messaging technologies like TIBCO EMS in addition to weblogic, gemfire, Java, Unix OS.
