Java Developer
Rate: $45 to $50/hr
Job Description:
One of TEKsystems' clients in Downtown Toronto is looking for a Java Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be developing on a pilot application. This is an immediate need for a 3 month contract engagement. This client is looking for a skilled Senior developer to work on functional enhancements to a newly developed product.
Skills:
- The resource must have back-end development skills with front-end being an asset.
- Experience with Java WebServices would be a definite asset in this role.
- Core skillset includes:
o Java (1.5+);
o Java web application development: Servlets, JSP (this is a must have) JSTL, Taglibs, Struts (1.1)
o XML, HTML JQuery, Javascript
o Ajax SQL Unit testing frameworks, CVS.
Note: This candidate will need to pass a security clearance (Candidate must have been working in Canada for the last 5 years
