1. 文员助理类员工（必须有移民身份）
Summary
Provides excellent professional customer service support to the customer service team by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiates and implements corrective action in the systems efficiently in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Co-ordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations.

Duties
- Receiving, processing and verifying the accuracy of orders from customer service team and utilizing the organizations’s internal systems to help processing the orders;
- Accessing the company’s internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide customer service management with the data;
- Corresponding e-mail inquiries from clients or customer service representatives efficiently;
- Undertaking analysis, diagnosis and resolution of simple system problems;
- Evaluating new systems and write user experience reports;
- Monitoring and maintaining application and company's back-end user systems;

Qualifications
- College or University degree in Business, Finance, Management, or other related programs or equivalent business experience;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English;
- Capability of problem solving - Anticipating, initiating and resolving systems and customer issues;
- Capability of working in a team environment as a role model, supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects and taking on additional responsibility;- Analytical skills and ability to determine root cause and effect;
- Ability to be a self-starter, motivated, energetic worker with a strong interest in learning new knowledge;
- Highly self motivated, keen attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment;
2. 项目经理
岗位职责：
1、负责公司信息化建设整体规划，建立完善公司信息化系统、网络、安全及软件操作的制度和流程，并推动实施；
2、负责管理项目团队，带领项目实施团队进行项目实施工作；
3、代表项目组与重大客户沟通，维护客户关系；
4、根据客户与项目需求提供工作报告以及合适的项目方案，负责项目资源调配、进度控制，保证项目如期顺利完成；
5、全过程负责信息项目系统开发，协助项目现场管理与沟通，并确保各业务系统正常上线；
6、实时监控、维护公司网络核心系统；
7、公司下达的其他相关工作。
任职资格：
1、 本科以上学历，计算机、信息化管理及相关专业本科及以上学历优先；
2、 具备5年以上IT项目实施负责人的经验，能对高级管理层提出合理化建议，成为公司IT方面的设计、执行和决策者；
3、有系统分析设计能力，能独自解决整体规划方案，制定技术规范；
4、熟悉企业信息化建设，有独立带领团队开发信息化项目的成功案例；
5、熟悉服务器操作系统、网络知识、软件开发知识，精通网络运维、软件系统实施和信息安全规划，熟悉技术市场行情，有供应商筛选、甄别、管理经验；
6、具有良好的谈判技巧，较强的沟通能力、优秀的领导才能和团队合作精神。

3. PHP 工程师
一. 岗位职责：
1. 维护公司现有php编写的项目
2. 根据运营部的需求开发后续功能
3. 对现有功能的代码优化
4. 配合美术人员完成模版的完整上线
5. 负责项目版本的整体升级
二. 岗位要求：
1. 三年以上PHP实际开发经验
2. 精通MySQL操作、SQL优化、调优
3. 熟悉html、JavaScript 编写。能熟练使用jquery
4. 了解并能熟练使用memcached、redis、leveldb、TokyoTyrant等NoSQL项目
5. 能够对phpwind和Discuz 进行复杂的二次开发,并且熟悉新版的phpwind9和Discuz x3
4. 研发部经理：
一. 岗位职责：
1. 组织进行高负载大并发系统的开发，打造高效的，分布式的论坛系统核心，并提供对外应
用接口方便第三方应用接入。
2. 组织进行互联网视频应用产品的研发。
3. 负责招聘研发人员。
4. 负责制定研发团队目标。
5. 执行项目进度管理。
6. 负责研发人员的绩效考评。
二. 岗位要求：
1. 全日制本科或以上计算机相关专业毕业。
2. 具有六年以上一线或二线网站的论坛项目的工作经历。
3. 有高性能网站实战经验，系统负载指标： 日PV 8000万以上，一秒内并发的PHP读请求
2000 次
4. 深刻理解高并发大负载环境下的开发理念。例如：空时策略，阶段策略，深入骨髓的可扩
展性架构设计理念。
5. 对MYSQL的特性，SQL优化，架构优化极为了解。
6. 对 Redis, memecached, bekerley db 等内存或嵌入式数据库非常熟悉，能够
采用其中的一种或多种作为MYSQL主DB服务器的补充和分载。对诸如 mongodb,
hadoop（HBasezookeeper) 等分布式文件存储系统非常熟悉，能够采用其中的一种方案作为
MYSQL 主DB服务器的补充和分载。
7. 具有3年以上团队管理经验，并有多项目并发管理经验，管理团队人数超过10人。
8. 中英文流利。
