The primary responsibility of a full-time Intermediate Software Developer is to collaborate on building efficient and scalable code. The successful candidate will expertly utilize HTML5, Javascript, Java, Node.js, AS3 & PHP.

This position is available in the London, ON studio.

Responsibilities include:

·         Working on various titles and related engine

·         Implementing web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AS3

·         Collaborating with team members to produce and manage high quality code

·         Writing server code using PHP & Java

·         Working closely with the design & art team to definite future specifications

·         Participate in all aspects of the development cycle; driving projects to completion

·         Actively participating in design reviews and discussions

Qualifications:

·         Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

·         3+ years of experience developing games and preferred

·         Strong track record of overcoming technical challenges

·         Ability to write robust, efficient and maintainable code

·         Strong understanding and experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AS3 and PHP preferred

·         Solid understanding of AJAX, web sockets and client server development

·         Programming experience workign with web technologies and/or game development an asset

·         Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
