Must have:
10+ C++ & Unix experience
Solid knowledge and experience in Financial Products, prefer Derivatives
Good Financial Products Mathematic & Analytical background
Very Strong DB experience.
Excellent communication skills (Need to talk to Financial Engineering people and Traders)
Proactive personality and well self management skills with some leadership expericence.
